“Matt’s choral leadership is transforming – his energy and “feel for the music” are infused into singers so that emotional connection with an audience is guaranteed. It would be difficult to find a peer with such strong appreciation of the phrasing and dynamics that truly bring a song to life.” Jim McCormack, TAS
